Key qualifications: contextual understanding, overview and overall strategic planning, interdisciplinary project management and development, transformation and change, mentor and motivator. 

Since 2014/15 serves as local coordinator of the Triangulum Stavanger partnership, one of the first European lighthouse Smart Cities and Communities projects within Horizon 2020. During 2010 -2014 worked at Department for Technology, Environment and Urban development in Municipality of Stavanger, as Project Manager and local primary contact in the National program of Future cities, also coordinating the Covenant of Mayors agreement. Former assignments are within tuition, performing art and responsibilities as leader and operational management coordinating several local, regional and international exchange programs, both on the cultural arena and as planning and performing architect. 
Speaker at Transatlantic Forum, Chicago 2016, on triple helix cooperation in a Smart city context. Keynote speaker at Conference for Science, Creativity and Transformation of Societies (KCTOS) in Vienna 2007, and at Winter Cities' Forum in Nuuk, Greenland 2008, on "Adapted Arctic Architecture" –extreme impact on buildings and environment due to climatic changes.

Holds a Master degree both in Music and performing Art (Tromsø University 1987) and as Architect (Bergen Architectural School 2007). Postgraduate studies on Economy and management (1993) and Energy- and eco-efficient housing (NTNU 2008)
