I have been with GROUPAMA Rhône-Alpes Auvergne since 2007, and currently oversee customer experience technologies and innovations. Prior to this role, I ran R&D at Groupama and deployed IT solutions to provide improved customer service. I am the project owner of the disruptive mobile app “Groupama toujours là” ( http://bit.ly/gtlmoon ) and the disruptive innovation, the social network for producers, “granvillage” ( http://bit.ly/YTEgranvillage ). I have over 20 years of experience in the contact center market, and expertise in technologies includes CTI, VOIP, SIP, WebRTC, Asterisk, Mobile, IoT, drones and more. I was also a former IT developer. I use principles and methods DESIGN THINKING and EFFECTUATION to build my new innovation concepts.
